Let’s get one thing straight – I’m no professional bodybuilder! And at my age, I ain’t gunna be that huge looking guy in the gym throwing 40kg dumbbells around.
I’m just a regular guy (who’s always had skinny arms and legs!) but has a real passion for working out, and want to look as good as I can naked!
There’s no point in feeding you a load of bullshit, and I’m here to tell you how it is – building a great looking body with good muscle definition takes a shit load of hard work and a lot of commitment. But it can be done, and it can be enjoyable!
From what you do in the gym, what you eat during the day, and how you rest – to even how you live your life, it all plays a part in building muscle and losing body fat.
Even at 40, 50 or 60+ I strongly believe you can add muscle mass and achieve a physique to be immensely proud of. You may need to alter your training routines slightly as you get older, but the basic principles remain the same.

First of all I want to share with you what’s currently working and benefiting me. That way can decide if you want to try something similar.
I want to update you with the latest bodybuilding news from the best online sources out there. I also want to share products that I discover that might help you; offer nutritional advice, and provide some great workout routines that you can do at home or in the gym.
Although we are called ‘Bodybuilders Guide’, it is not a site for bodybuilders alone! It is more to do with helping you achieve a body you’ve always wanted, and to improve your health, through knowledge and effective training.
