Hi, my name’s Peter and I’m a health and fitness nut. I am 42 years old now and have been working out since I was 17. I spent 17 years in the military and am now a Fire Fighter in my local town. I initially started this site to share with you bodybuilding information and advice. But over the months and years, it has steadily grown into a general health and fitness resource. I believe that to look your best i.e. have an athletic to muscular physique; you need to incorporate muscle building, fitness, nutrition and health into your daily life. The articles and information on this site all lean towards achieving a great looking body. And to do this you need to spend equal amounts of time in each of the 4 areas. But don’t worry; it is much easier than you think. Over the years I’ve tried dozens of supplements, work outs, techniques and systems. All of which have lead me to create this website – a labor of love if you will. If there’s just one thing I’ve learnt over the years, that always seem to hold people back from having an ‘average’ body to an athletic/muscular body; is that people do not know what really works, and what doesn’t. Fortunately I do, and will share everything I know with you. The information you now have access to, is designed to get you achieving your bodybuilding goals in the shortest time possible. And believe me, if you follow my advice, you will see dramatic results in just a few short weeks. I want to show you how you can create the body of your dreams whilst holding down a regular job and having just a limited amount of time to devote to working out, eating correctly and staying in good health.
