		<description>When I was first starting out with weight lifting about a year ago, I was very fortunate to have a friend give me tips and advice on the correct form - but I also gained valuable coaching from two trained bodybuilding coaches at our local gym facilities.

This was helpful for me to learn about doing the moves correctly.  And each of my mentors helped by showing me new and different workout routines.

More recently I started to get more serious about making some muscle gains. I&#039;ve found that a correct diet for bodybuilding is harder to do than a correct weight regime - and in some aspects, a good bodybuilding diet can be more important than an extra workout in the Gym!

After I hit 40 years old, Bodybuilding has become my new sport - and I feel great!</description>
