		<description>You make it sound so simple :) great advice though, i think that a lot of people do not understand how important nutrition and rest are when it comes to building muscle, and without them you will not see any results at all!</description>

If it is due to overexercise, how do I make it out that I  am overexercising because once the body is warmed up, I am quite comfortable in doing weights.please let me know via e mail.</description>
