Welcome to Bodybuilders Guide!

This site is dedicated to the regular working man or woman who has limited time to train and who wants to maximise their time in order to look and feel great.

There are four areas in Bodybuilders Guide that you can dip into and tailor to your own specific goals. Eventually each area will have program’s and routines you can follow, plus nutrition and weight loss advice.

Developing a great looking body and losing body fat is what almost everyone would like. It not only makes you look good, you also feel good, and your whole outlook on life improves.

However not everyone knows how to obtain this ideal form or has the determination to do what needs to be done.

No matter what age, sex, race or where you live, you can make a huge difference to virtually every aspect of your life by working towards healthy goals and ultimately seeing a difference in how you look.

And it isn’t all about sweating, grunting and pumping iron. Your lifestyle plays a huge role in determining how you will look on the outside and feel on the inside.

A simple fitness routine incorporating weight training and some cardio work, combined with eating properly and getting enough rest/sleep is all need in order to achieve your physical goals.

So although I’ve named this site Bodybuilders Guide, it is more to do with building a better body and achieving better health, through knowledge, effective training and how food impacts our body’s – both inside and out.
